Open doors, and restarts that work
Anyone can register now, and restarting an episode after you die no longer hangs on the loading screen.
- Registration no longer needs a key.
- "Restart from episode start" resets the run properly: full HP, fresh monsters, no endless loading screen.
- Episode monsters find their way around walls instead of walking into them.
- You see the warp effect when another player arrives or leaves, and whether they are sitting or standing matches what they are doing.
- A brand-new account can log in and make its first character straight away.
Drops that show on the corpse
Episode kills now play the same drop animation hunt fields already did.
- Episode monster drops appear on the booty list as they fall, instead of only on the clear screen.
- Episode monsters walk smoothly rather than stepping and pausing between cells.
- Fixed a client crash that could happen when an episode monster died.
Episode drops and quest wiring
Monsters inside episodes drop loot, and far more quests are hooked up.
- Episode monsters now roll drops per player, so party members do not compete for the same item.
- Quest wiring extended from 29 to 219 quests.
- NPC No.386 now opens the crystal manufacturing interface.
- Item hotkeys save correctly again.
Hunt field movement
Monsters chase and attack at the speeds their data says they should.
- Monster walking speed and attack cadence now come from the game's own monster tables.
- Monsters no longer attack from outside their reach.
- Monsters stop backtracking over the cell they just left while chasing.
